This new artisan bakery, called The London Layers, is located in Blok M, Jakarta, and has just started operations on August 10, 2024. The bakery immediately gained momentum in popularity because many types of pastry can be found there and are sought after by local and visiting consumers alike who crave quality baked goods with fresh European flavors.

This was founded by Wayan Ixora, and the idea was born of a need to imitate the flaky croissants he enjoyed around Europe, especially in Holland. The focus on using high-quality ingredients ensures that the pastries are of a high standard of quality and taste, just like those found in Europe.
