Share:

There are now 92 nations that can obtain an Indonesian Visa on Arrival (VoA). Panama, Guatemala, and Macau have been added to the list of countries that can access VoAs, according to a Circular Memorandum (IMI-0133.GR.01.01 for the year 2023) from Indonesian immigration officials.

According to the Sub-coordinator for Public Relations for the Director General of Immigration, Achmad Nur Saleh, stated in a statement that was published on Wednesday, 16th of April 2023: “The Director-General of Immigration commented that Kenya and Rwanda, in February 2023, were added to the list of countries eligible for an Indonesia Visa on Arrival.”

VoAs are appropriate for tourist visits, official visits, business meetings, shopping trips, and transit stops. The 30-day validity period of a Visa on Arrival can be extended for an additional 30-day period, but it cannot be changed to another visa category.

Passports must be valid for a minimum of six months at the time of visa issued.

Achmad added, “There is also an Electronic Visa on Arrival (e-VoA) that can be obtained online and must be used within 90 days of issuance.”
