About Arak
Arak Bali is a fermented alcoholic drink typical of the Island of the Gods of Bali, which is made from essential ingredients of spices. Making Balinese Arak is carried out through fermentation and distillation of agricultural products containing carbohydrates. Some materials that can be used include the sap of coconut trees, palm trees (aren), and ental trees (lontar).
