Measuring 317 meters in length and 37 meters in width, this vessel is set to anchor in Bali for the latter part of October, in cooperation with multiple local tourist agencies. Prior to its Bali stopover, the cruise ship had embarked on journeys through Australia and was en route to several other Asian destinations, including Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam.

A multitude of Bali’s local tour guides eagerly await the arrival of visitors boarding the Celebrity Solstice this time. As per the circulated video, this ship is scheduled for a two-day, one-night stay in Bali until October 31, 2023, before resuming its voyage back to Singapore. Captain Theodoros Zakkas and all the passengers were greeted with a traditional Balinese dance.

Increasing the presence of cruise ships in Bali is a deliberate tactic employed by the present government, executed by the Bali Tourism Department’s objective to draw in a larger number of tourists in the latter part of 2023.

Among the places that Celebrity Solstice’s travelers will explore are Ubud, Garuda Wisnu Kencana, Kintamani, and Taman Ayun.  Up until October 2023, a remarkable 50 cruise ships have anchored at Benoa Harbor, bringing a grand total of 74,000 tourists to these renowned Bali spots.
