The Bali Immigration Service detained two foreigners with the initials CM (49), a German man, and CAP (49), a Danish woman, after the Danish woman displayed her genitals from a motorbike in Bali’s Seminyak area.

Another disastrous instance involving foreigners’ misbehaviour in Bali occurred shortly after the issue surrounding the naked German woman at the Ubud temple. A prominent social media activist, Ni Luh Djelantik, alerted us to a recent viral video showing a blonde Caucasian woman showing her genitalia to a camera while riding a motorcycle behind a foreign male.

The incident started with a viral video on social media showing two foreign nationals, CM and CAP, on a motorbike. In the video, CM talks with the person who allegedly recorded the incident and made it viral. Meanwhile, a Danish citizen, CAP, showed off her genitals from a motorbike and laughed.

In response to a viral video displaying her genitalia, the two tourists were detained at a hotel in Kuta, Badung, Bali, on Saturday, the 27th of May, 2023. Immigration will undertake an inspection of the German man and the Danish woman.

“CM and CAP are being held in custody at the Ngurah Rai Immigration Office after being apprehended and detained. We will therefore conduct more investigations,” claimed Sugito, the head of the Ngurah Rai Immigration Office, in a written statement on Saturday, the 27th of May, 2023.

On the 9th of April 2023, CM and CAP arrived in Indonesia through Bali’s I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport. The Danish and German arrived on the Island of the Gods using a Visa on Arrival (VOA), and they each have a visa permit valid until the 7th of June, 2023.

Authorities explained that further investigation is needed since the Danish national motive for carrying out the indecent act of showing her genitals is unknown.
