The Indonesian Football Association (PSSI) Chairman Erick Thohir previously stated that ticket prices for the exhibition match between Indonesia and Argentina on FIFA Matchday will be announced publicly today. According to Erick, the determination of the broadcast rights holders is still being finalised.

“We are now submitting bids for the rights to sell tickets and broadcast the event. So, inshallah, we’ll let you know about it on Monday or Tuesday, along with information regarding all of the games up until the end of the year,” Erick stated on Friday, the 26th of May 2023, following the ceremony for the installation of the new PSSI management at the Jakarta Fairmont Hotel in Senayan.

“Argentina’s party delegates ticketing matters to us because they have share rights, so we have to be transparent with them about the projections, the rights,” continued Erick.

According to Erick, a meeting to examine the concerns will soon to be scheduled. He also declined to say how much the tickets for the friendly game would cost.

 “The meeting will be held later. On social media, there is a lot of news regarding the cost of the tickets, including some falsehoods. I always make statements that must be accounted for, so just wait for it,” Erick said firmly.

Arya Sinulingga, a PSSI executive committee member, stated that the  Indonesia vs. Argentina friendly-match tickets will be cheaper than Coldplay’s concert tickets. However, he did not specify the exact amount the friendly match between Indonesia and Argentina would cost.

Today, 29th of May 2023. PSSI is finally announcing the price for the Argentina vs. Indonesia friendly match on the 19th of June, 2023. The pricing ranges from IDR 600K for CAT 3 to IDR 4.250K for VIP. Aside from that category, there are also CAT 2 for IDR 1.200K and CAT 1 for IDR 2.500K. Pre-sales for BRI users will officially open on 5th June 2023, and the general sales will start on 6th -7th of June 2023. 

On the 19th of June, 2023, at the Gelora Bung Karno (GBK) Stadium in Senayan, Jakarta,  Indonesia is scheduled to play with Argentina in a FIFA Matchday 2023. While on the 14th of June 2023, in Surabaya’s Gelora Bung Tomo Stadium, the Garuda team will play against Palestine in a friendly match beforehand.
