Loewy – A Gallant Place to Hang Out

Loewy – A Gallant Place to Hang Out — Frankly speaking, Loewy is always one of the hippest gallant restaurants in town. To be under the same management as Union and E&O, Loewy not only promises you a top-notch place to hang out but also for dining in as well, plus it’s the cheapest in the Union group I think.

Located on the ground floor of Oakwood Premier Cozmo in Mega Kuningan, the venue is easy to spot due to its stand-out interior. When we entered the place, the crowd is quite packed but it doesn’t make this place less beautiful. The fresh flowers for each table in the Coca-Cola bottle really catch our attention. Wicked.

Due to the crowd, we didn’t get our table yet and needed to wait next to the bar. It’s kind of smart for having a decent waiting place with a proper sofa and small table to jug out our drink or our first tiny bite of our appetizer. Speaking of appetizer, we chose to try their Truffle French Fries and it tastes amazing! The Truffle and the tender potatoes are *chef kiss*. Plus, we have our eye on their chicken wings with garlic. There are 6 pieces of chicken wings in one portion, complete with an amazingly delicious sauce!

For my selection of the main course, I chose their Penne Pesto. As expected, the seasoning is great, sooo delicious for me and the texture is al dente. The taste was rich and light, plus the amount on the place just right before I start my drink agenda.

For the drink, we ordered Ice Lychee Tea and a pint of beer. We came to have a great dinner so we choose something light that night. The lychee tea is taste-wise delicious but the lychee is kind of small. There’s nothing special about the beer either. It’s just enough to freshen up my night.

Having dinner in this place is quite cheap, only IDR 350.000 for two people, (approx.) without alcohol. And you only need to spend around IDR 50.000 for a pint of beer (approx.). Overall Loewy is an amazing place, the ambiance and service are great. Their staff is very humble and helpful too.

We recommend you to have your fancier brunch, lunch, or dinner here as the place serves the best at quite an affordable price. For further info, please check the details below:
