About Rianita
As a city manager with 8 years of experience in retail, combines leadership and teamwork is another core part of personality, I always happy to empowering team members, setting them up for success with clear communication and training.
Also attention to detail with a big – picture view, always analyzing performance metrics and make the positive impact in business.
Lastly, I’m customer-centric. In retail, everything circles back to the customer experience, So I be highly focused on ensuring our operations support positive, seamless experience not only for the customers but also for B2B.
Why did you become a City Manager?
My curiosity about the business market. I graduated from fashion design school, I know how to design a product and produce it, it turns out it doesn’t stop there.
The next stage is we have to know who our target market is and how to sell it, from there I learned about big brands by working in retail.
Until I wanted to know more about the business itself, and it turns out the dynamics are very interesting and require insight skills about a fairly large business that must be continuously trained and understood.

Retail business plays a significant role in the economy and directly impacts people’s lives, offering both goods and services to meet everyday needs.
Retail business are key delivers of employment and economic growth, they create jobs in various roles, from Sales Associates and cashiers to supply chain managers and store managers, for the customers we offer convenience to shop, access to a wide range of products, also retail connect people to the brands.

What are the challenges of working in Bali?
The challenges are significant, Bali has a large market with both domestic and international customers, and human resources must be equipped to provide service that meets global standards.
The key challenge, therefore, is how to align expectations and competencies to serve a global audience effectively.
Where do you see retail business in 10 years?
The retail business will continue to thrive over the next 10 years by integrating online and offline services in line with technological advancements.
Customer behavior has already shifted towards online services, and in the coming decade, we’re likely to see a move toward omnichannel strategies.
These strategies will focus on online-based marketing while uniting the customer experience across both online and offline platforms.”
