Autograph Tower in the Thamrin Nine development complex, Central Jakarta, has officially become the first supertall in Indonesia.
The building owned by PT Putragaya Wahana (PGW) is designed to be 382.9 meters high and has been completed since 2022.
Associate Director Marketing and Sales of PT Putragaya Wahana Anggun Melati said that the Autograph Tower has been operating through a soft launching ceremony since December 2022.
Anggun said that entering 2023, the tenants in the building have also started their operations.
“Autograph Tower is currently in the soft launch period and is already operational. Several floors have also been occupied by the office. But not for public attractions and hotels,” said Anggun, Monday, 6th February 2022.
He added that the plan to be consecrated as the tallest building in Indonesia would be registered at the Indonesian Record Museum (MURI) in August 2023.
Thamrin Nine is in a very strategic location and is surrounded by public transportation hubs, such as the Transjakarta bus stop, which is directly connected to the MRT, and the Commuter Line, thus providing easy access to Soekarno-Hatta International Airport.
Because it is supported by several complete facilities, the development of mixed-use Thamrin Nine requires an investment of IDR 7 trillion.
This area offers many choices for Jakarta residents, ranging from residences, sports halls, retail and entertainment centres, and offices, to 4 and 6-star hotels.
This building consists of 75 floors with an average area of 84,267 square meters.
While the area of each floor is 1,123.56 square meters. Quoted to the JLL Indonesia website, to rent office space in the Autograph Tower, the average cost is IDR 258,000 per square meter.
The operation of the Autograph Tower at the same time getting rid of the Gama Tower, which so far was the tallest building in Indonesia.
The building, which is located on Jalan Rasuna Said, Kuningan, Central Jakarta, belongs to Gama Land, which towers 282 meters high.
