Well, rest assured, we got a variety of stunning sunsets in Canggu you don’t want to miss out on!

Echo Beach

Right of the bat, if you’re looking for just the sunset view without having to dine inside a beach club or restaurant nearby, Echo Beach is for you. There are even some surf shops around the area too, just grab a cold beer and sunglasses and it’s enough to enjoy the magnificent sunset from here.

Old Man’s Beach Bar

Located at Batu Bolong Beach, Old Man’s Beach Bar prided itself on being the most popular beachfront bar in Canggu. It’s arguably the best beachfront bar that offers a great sunset view. Old Man’s gives off a real local vibe with its simple interiors and outdoor (duh) environment. This is a great place for you who wants to chill out, eat and hang around your friends while waiting for the sun to finally set.

Rice Terraces in Canggu

Looking for something new when it comes to sunset in Canggu? Well, how about watching the sunset with rice terraces as a view instead of the beach? You can reach some rice terraces to watch the sunset not far from Echo Beach. The best way to get to this rice terrace is using a scooter and entering an intersection of Jalan Sempol and Jalan Pantai Pererenan. As the sun begins to set, you might be lucky to see the silhouette of Mountain Batur on the horizon.

Finn’s Beach Club

If you plan to continue your day after sunset with a memorable night, then Finn’s Beach Club is where you go for some premium beach bars. Located on the beach in Jalan Pantai Berawa, you can not only enjoy the beach all in its natural beauty but also two swimming pools! Other facilities such as two swim-up bars, and restaurants (Sushi Bar, Bondi Café, and Mumbai Kitchen). Interestingly enough, they sometimes brought up several international DJs that you might be familiar with like Diplo, here!

Batu Bolong Beach

If you’re not much for the party but just want a relaxing sunset on the beach, other than Echo Beach, you can totally go for Batu Bolong Beach too. While waiting for the sun to set, you’re able to rent some surfboards or find a perfect location to sunbathe too! One thing that makes this beach special is that there’s a giant stone coral and a temple on top of it. The name Batu Bolong comes from the giant stone coral that was hollowed in the middle.
