Though you might be shocked to find the difference between your country’s McDonald’s and Indonesia’s. Well, we’re here to go through some of the unique menus that McD has and what the fast-food chain is usually considered by the locals.

24 Hours and Delivery services

Other than the exclusive menus served in Indonesia, some McDonald’s chain restaurants are open 24 hours. Another service that will make your life much easier when you’re craving some McDonald’s is their delivery services. So, you don’t have to worry about driving or finding the nearest McDonald’s for some BigMac when they can deliver it to your doorsteps right away. They also have a mobile app that can make ordering menus much simpler plus, there are some exclusive promotions and bonuses if you order from the app.

There are also some limited menus served at McDonald’s for you to try out. One of the most popular limited menus is their Ayam Gulai McD. You can get this fried chicken covered with Gulai sauce around the Idul Fitri season. Other than Ayam Gulai, another menu that is anticipated to return in the early months annually is the Prosperity Burger. The Prosperity Burger is a rectangular burger consisting of beef patty, onions, and black pepper sauce. The Cheese Steak Burger comes with it too with the additional cheese in it. It’s usually come with a limited set of curly fries and a refreshing Pomegranate Fizz which is a carbonated soda with pomegranate syrup.

Chili sauce as a staple

If you get takeout or just eat in the restaurant, you’ll be able to get not only the classic tomato sauce for your fries but you can request some chili sauce too. The chili sauce in McD’s is also one of its kind, as you can’t get their distinctive taste anywhere else, not even in the supermarket.
