Kepala Seksi Hubungan Masyarakat (Kasi Humas) Polresta Denpasar, AKP I Ketut Sukadi, stated the incident. “The victim suffered a fractured skull and a broken neck and died at the scene,” he said. This official statement is a grim reminder of the real-world consequences of neglecting safety precautions.
