Get ready to be amazed by a different movie-watching experience! CGV Cinemas Indonesia now presents ScreenX, the latest wide-screen technology that will take you into the world of your favorite movies.

Committed to providing a unique cinematic experience, PT Graha Layar Prima (CGV Cinemas Indonesia) continues to innovate by introducing various types of auditoriums in Indonesia.

Since introducing the ScreenX format from CJ 4DPlex of South Korea to Indonesia in 2017, CGV cinemas has now reopened the second largest ScreenX auditorium in the world, located at CGV Grand Indonesia, 8th floor, auditorium 1.

With a capacity of up to 460 viewers, the ScreenX auditorium offers a truly immersive cinematic experience. The 270-degree panoramic screen that extends from the front to the right and left sides of the auditorium (with a total size of 72.4 x 11 meters) will immerse you in every scene of the film. Combined with the use of a silver screen and a 4K laser projector, the resulting visuals are sharper and more vivid.

Not only visually, but the audio quality in the ScreenX auditorium is also impressive. Dolby Atmos technology delivers sound that is rich in detail, clear, and moves dynamically throughout the room. With over 60 speakers installed, you will experience a sensation of sound that seems to surround you.

“ScreenX PLF (Premium Large Format) is designed to enhance picture clarity and deliver an incredible immersive experience with a silver screen across the entire left and right walls of the auditorium. Through this innovation, we hope to provide a more special movie-going experience for our visitors, making CGV the perfect place to enjoy precious moments with family, partners, or friends,” explained Mark Nah, CEO of CGV Cinemas Indonesia.
