The Longest Skywalk in Jakarta Has Been Inaugurated!

The longest Skywalk in Jakarta Has Been Inaugurated! – The longest bridge in Jakarta, the Skywalk Kebayoran, has officially opened. This bridge links Velbak Bus Stop with Kebayoran Station.

The Acting Governor of DKI Jakarta, Heru Budi Hartono, officially opened Skywalk Kebayoran on Friday, 27th January 2023. This stone serves as a marker that Skywalk has been opened to the public. Heru wants people to utilize the Skywalk to its full potential.

“I officially opened the Kebayoran Lama Skywalk to the public today. Please take care of it later and use it appropriately” Heru said.

Interested tourists who want to know how to get to the 500-meter-long Kebayoran skywalk using KRL or Transjakarta.

Take the KRL from Jakarta Kota Station

  • For visitors from Jakarta Kota Station, you can take the KRL to Manggarai Station
  • After that, take the train to Tanah Abang
  • Arriving at Tanah Abang Station, take the train to Kebayoran Station
  • Then, you can walk to the Kebayoran Lama Skywalk

Take the KRL from Bogor/Depok Station

  • Take the KRL bound for Jakarta Kota Station, get off at Manggarai Station
  • Then, take the train to Tanah Abang
  • Arriving at Tanah Abang Station, take the train to Kebayoran Station
  • Then, you can walk to the Kebayoran Lama Skywalk

 

Skywalk Kebayoran was inaugurated on Friday, 27th January 2023 by the Acting Governor of DKI Jakarta Heru Budi Hartono today. Heru signed the inauguration stone marking that Skywalk was officially inaugurated. Heru hopes that the public can make the most of the Skywalk.

“Today we, I, inaugurated the use of the Kebayoran Lama Skywalk for the use of the community. Later, please maintain and use it properly,” said Heru.

Travellers who are curious and want to see how the Kebayoran skywalk with a length of 500 meters can be reached by KRL or Transjakarta.

Take the KRL from Jakarta Kota Station

  • For visitors from Jakarta Kota Station, you can take the KRL to Manggarai Station
  • After that, take the train to Tanah Abang
  • Arriving at Tanah Abang Station, take the train to Kebayoran Station
  • Then, you can walk to the Kebayoran Lama Skywalk

Take the KRL from Bogor/Depok Station

  • Take the KRL bound for Jakarta Kota Station, get off at Manggarai Station
  • Then, take the train to Tanah Abang
  • Arriving at Tanah Abang Station, take the train to Kebayoran Station

  • Take the KRL to Manggarai Station. After that, continue the trip to Tanah Abang Station
  • Arriving at Tanah Abang Station, take the KRL to Kebayoran Station
  • When you get there, you can walk to the Kebayoran Lama Skywalk

Take the KRL from Tangerang Station

  • For those of you who come from Tangerang Station, take the train to Duri Station
  • Then, take the train to Tanah Abang Station and continue the journey to Kebayoran Station
  • After that, you can walk to the Kebayoran Lama Skywalk

Using TransJakarta

  • Take the TransJakarta corridor 13D Ragunan-Ciledug Puri Beta 2, then get off at the Velbak Corridor 13-6 stop
  • Take the TransJakarta corridor 13F Kampung Melayu-Ciledug Puri Beta 2, then get off at the Velbak Corridor 13-6 stop
  • Take the TransJakarta corridor 13E Halimun-Ciledug Puri Beta 2, then get off at the Velbak Corridor 13-6 stop
  • Take the TransJakarta corridor 13C Tosari-Ciledug Puri Beta 2, then get off at the Velbak Corridor 13-6 stop.
